THE WOMEN LEADING WELL EXPERIENCE
The Women Leading Well project, initiated by Melissa Pitotti, builds on the CHS Alliance “Working Well” series of publications on aid worker wellbeing. It targets Geneva-based women in leadership positions within humanitarian organizations, addressing the unique pressures they face in tackling workforce wellbeing. This comprehensive initiative includes workshops, peer advisory board meetings, and public events, structured around three phases: Learn, Do, and Share. It is part of the broader "Solidarity 14 Experiment," aiming to cultivate trust-based solidarity among humanitarian leadership and promote well-being across the sector. This endeavour aims to strengthen Geneva's role as a hub for humanitarianism and the TASC Platform's commitment to gender equity and future work innovation.
