Cedric Dupont is Professor of International Relations/Political Science at the Graduate institute of International Studies since 1997. He is a former Editor of the Swiss Political Science Review and former Associate Editor for Europe of the journal Business and Politics. He has been a visiting Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Seoul National University and the University of Melbourne and lectures regularly at the University of Bern. He holds a PhD from the University of Geneva. Cédric created the pillar of Executive Education at the Graduate Institute in 2008. He brings extensive and practical experience as facilitator in design thinking, foresight and systems thinking.

Prof. Gudela Grote, a distinguished authority in work and organizational psychology, has been Full Professor at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics at the prestigious ETH Zürich since 2000. With a focus on integrating psychological principles into job, organizational and technology design, Prof. Grote's research addresses evolving demands of technology, economy, and society. Her impactful contributions are showcased in renowned journals and through collaborative initiatives with industry leaders. As Co-chair of the TASC Platform, she spearheads efforts in accountable AI development and use, advocating for transparency, fairness, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a doctorate from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a large international research network (e.g., King's College London, MIT Sloan, Harvard, Stanford, Curtin University Perth) Prof. Grote is a trailblazer in her field.

Kitrhona Cerri is Executive Director leading the development of the TASC Platform. She has invested more than 15 years at the intersection of business and social impact building collaborations to scale action around knotty issues from human rights to the future of work. Kitrhona was previously the Director of Social Impact at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), a CEO-led organization of over 200 international companies. She started her career at Accenture, serving clients across their public services, financial services, and international development practices.

A former Legal Advisor, Yasmeen has honed her project management expertise in diverse industries such as private banking (HSBC), event programming (WEF), and communications (the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform). She enjoys accurately conveying project objectives and milestones to stakeholders whilst leveraging her strong outreach abilities to foster and nurture fruitful connections. As a dynamic and innovative communicator, her aim is to make a positive impact on audiences, foster sustainable transformation, and spearhead outcome-oriented social engagement through inspiring outreach initiatives.

 

Richard Samans

Richard Samans is an internationally-recognized expert on the fundamental reform of economic policy, corporate governance and the discipline of Economics to render them more socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable. He was formerly Research Director and G20/G7 Sherpa of the International Labour Organization; founder and chairman of Climate Disclosure Standards Board; a Managing Director of the World Economic Forum; Director-General of the Global Green Growth Institute; Special Assistant to the President for International Economic Policy and National Security Council and Senior Director for International Economic Affairs in the second Clinton-Gore Administration; and economic policy advisor to US Senate Democratic Leader Thomas A. Daschle. Richard has served as a member of the Secretary General’s Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals; ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work; UNEP Inquiry into the Design of a Sustainable Financial System; and Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria Transitional Working Group. He is a former member of the IFRS Foundation's International Sustainability Standards Board Transitional Advisory Group and current member of its Integrated Reporting and Connectivity Council.

Tamara Pironnet is the Managing Director of the CTEI and the Executive Director of the Bilateral Assistance and Capacity Building for Central Banks (BCC) programme at the Graduate Institute, which is funded by SECO. She is responsible for the global steering and monitoring, quality assurance in programme implementation, liaison with relevant stakeholders, and the financial control and management of both the CTEI and BCC programme. Prior to this, she worked as a strategy consultant at Dalberg Advisors and McKinsey & Co.

Events and Communications Manager

Joanita Kalibala is the Event and Communications Manager for the TASC Platform. She has worked on hundreds of events and communication strategies for international organizations and non-governmental organizations such as World Economic Forum (WEF), the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) and recently the Geneva Trade Platform (GTP).  Joanita is passionate about creating high-level hybrid events, which focus on enhancing audience experience and delivering successful conferences. She started her career doing research in Myanmar after finishing her studies in International Relations.

 

Maria mexi
Senior adviser, labour and social policy

Dr. Maria Mexi is a policy specialist and educator with diverse expertise encompassing the future of work, trade, labour migration, and a focus on multilateral partnerships. She is the lead researcher of the Trade and Labour Programme, jointly run by the TASC Platform and the WEF. Additionally, she teaches courses on ILO Tripartism, Foresight and Policymaking at the Executive Education Programme of the Graduate Institute, where she is affiliated with the Centre for Trade and Economic Integration and the Democracy Centre. Furthermore, she provides policy advice and collaborates with the ILO, UNRISD, the Clinton Foundation, the Delphi Economic Forum, and the EUI's Democratic Odyssey Project. She also serves as a special advisor to the President of Greece, having previously worked as an expert for the EU and a government advisor in Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, and the Caribbean Community. Through these engagements, she works to promote multilateral approaches to address the complexities of labour and social policies on a global scale.
