In the wake of the UN Summit of the Future and in preparation for the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4), the Beyond Lab and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) are convening an intergenerational, multidisciplinary workshop to chart a path towards more inclusive and sustainable economies.
This interactive session will explore how governments can move beyond traditional economic indicators like GDP and integrate new frameworks that prioritise social, environmental, and economic wellbeing. Participants will discuss how to overcome political, economic, and institutional challenges, ensuring that progress is measured in a way that is equitable across generations and aligned with global sustainability goals.
