Bridging Changes Academy for Leadership in Practice
Led by Claudine Haenni, the Bridging-Changes leadership programme responds to the evolving demands of leadership in a complex, interconnected world. Moving beyond traditional top-down models, it equips emerging leaders with the skills needed to foster teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
With the successful completion of its first cohort, the programme has brought together changemakers from Myanmar through interactive, practice-based training. Delivered in partnership with the TASC Platform, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), and the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management at Les Roches, the initiative connects regional leadership practice with the expertise and dialogue spaces of International Geneva while bringing insights from Southeast Asia into global conversations on the future of leadership.
